Got the matcha green tea latte and the matcha tiramisu and the Dubai chocolate cake, and it was all ABSOLUTELY delicious!!!! 😋 I would definitely visit again, the service was also 10/10! Very friendly and accommodating!

Such an awesome boba store! My favorite boba store locally! They make awesome boba with a lot of variety, such good sweet treats (reminds me of Mango Mango if you've been there!), and has incredibly quick service! I've been there probably around 5 times by now and I've loved it every time! My go-to drink is definitely the Lychee Jasmine Tea with Lychee Jelly!! I love taking aesthetic pictures whenever I come here!

We had such a wonderful experience at Hey, Sweetie! in Cleveland! From the moment we walked in, everything felt warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully put together. The decor is absolutely adorable—such a cute, cozy space with stylish furniture and a fun, authentic Asian dessert café vibe. The desserts and drinks were just as impressive. We had the brown sugar milk tea, which was perfectly balanced—not overly sweet—and the boba was spot on (soft, chewy, and not hard or undercooked at all). My husband and I both loved the mango coconut dessert bowl—so fresh, light, and flavorful. The standout for us was the Dubai chocolate layer cake—oh my god, it was exceptional. The crepe layers were perfectly done with no eggy smell at all, and the sweetness level was just right. Truly one of the best desserts we’ve had—absolutely out of this world! We also tried the strawberry slush, which was delicious and refreshing. It tasted like real fruit (not artificial at all), with bits of frozen fruit that made it even better. Hey Sweeties is the kind of place that makes you slow down and actually enjoy where you are. I came in and ordered the Dubai chocolate cake and a fruit bowl - both were excellent. The Dubai chocolate cake especially hit different, rich and indulgent without being overwhelming. What sets this place apart is the full experience. The K-pop playlist is a vibe - upbeat, fun, and honestly perfectly matched to the energy of the space. The decor is cute without trying too hard, the kind of place you want to take a photo in just because it feels good to be there. And the service was genuinely warm and attentive. Hey Sweeties isn't just an ice cream shop. It's a little mood reset in the middle of your day. Highly recommend.
